They are located in one of the shores of the "Dospat" dam, very close to the water, and from the windows and terraces is revealed an incredible view. In the complex, there is also a restaurant with a garden, SPA center, conference hall, game room, children's playgrounds, and barbecue. The buildings are surrounded by greenery - pine trees and wide meadows, on which are located wooden tables, benches and sun loungers for the guests.
