1. The reservation form does not secure you a room. After receiving your request, we will contact you for confirmation of the details. In case we have not contacted you, please give us a call as your request might not be received successfully.
2. Reservations and requests via the phone could be made every day from 10:00-18:00 pm
3. Prices are only inclusive of using the outdoor pool, fitness ,wi-fi, parking and taxes. Other extras in the hotel are payable separately at the reception.
Food & drinks could be ordered from the restaurant at the complex at any time between 8:00 until 24:00h.
The SPA treatments are paid separately- 15.00 BGN per person per day. The price includes the use of a steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, ice bucket and the relax zone.
Once you sent a deposit, it cannot be returned if you cancel the reservation or do not show up!
